Delete your account & data
You can delete your Bukku English account and personal data at any time.
Delete from the app
- Open Bukku English and go to the Settings tab.
- Choose Deactivate account (recoverable) or Delete permanently.
- Confirm. You'll be signed out immediately.
What gets deleted vs kept
- Deactivate — your account is hidden and you're signed out. We keep your data so you can reactivate by signing back in.
- Delete permanently — your personal data (name, email, phone, photo, sign-in credentials, devices) is erased and the account cannot be recovered.
- We may retain a minimal, anonymized record where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes — it contains no personal data.
